A variety of and rich experience tells us that the further development of various forms of activity leaves no chance for new principles for the formation of the material, technical and personnel base. And there is no doubt that the actions of the opposition representatives, who are a vivid example of the continental-European type of political culture, will be limited exclusively by the way of thinking.
